What kind of products does BrighterBlooms offer?
We specialize in high-quality plants including fruit trees (avocado, apple, banana), ornamental shrubs (azalea, boxwood), air-purifying houseplants, bamboo, berry bushes, and landscape plants. Our selection is carefully curated to bring nature to your doorstep.
Where is BrighterBlooms located?
Our nursery is located at 2268 Pringle Drive, Chicago, US 60601. We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas).

How do I care for my plants when they arrive?
Each order comes with detailed care instructions specific to your plants. Generally, you should inspect plants immediately, water according to instructions, and gradually acclimate them to their new environment. Our plant experts are always available to help at [email protected].
Are your plants suitable for beginners?
Yes! We offer plants for all skill levels. Our air-purifying houseplants and hardy shrubs like boxwood are excellent for beginners, while our fruit trees may require slightly more experience.
Do you guarantee the health of your plants?
Absolutely! We stand behind every plant we ship with our satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return plants within 15 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We serve plant lovers worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote areas. Please check at checkout if we can deliver to your location.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
We use sustainable, eco-friendly materials to carefully package each plant, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition. Our climate-conscious shipping methods monitor weather conditions for safe delivery.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Simply contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return. Refund or replacement options are available.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We carefully inspect all plants before shipping, but if your plant arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos at [email protected] and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
